WAIVER

I hereby acknowledge that I have voluntarily elected to participate in a paid or unpaid session, class, workshop, service, or program with Seeded, which may include, but is not limited to, energy healing, intuitive Reiki, soul illumination, intuitive guidance or coaching, classes, workshops, or related offerings.

I understand that energy healing and intuitive services are complementary practices and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or other licensed professional care. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to seek such professional advice as needed.

I understand and agree that no guarantees, warranties, or representations have been made regarding the outcomes or results of any session, guidance, insight, product, or program. Results are individual and may vary.

I acknowledge that, while there are no known harmful effects associated with these services, participation may result in temporary physical, emotional, or energetic discomfort. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any effects that may arise.

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Seeded, including its owners, agents, contractors, employees, heirs, and assigns, from any and all claims, demands, damages, causes of action, or liability of any kind—whether known or unknown, present or future—arising out of or related to my participation in any session, service, program, or purchase.

Recording and Confidentiality

I acknowledge and agree that I am not permitted to audio or video record any session with Seeded, in whole or in part, for any reason. I further agree that I may not reproduce, distribute, share, publish, or transmit any portion of a session by any means, whether privately or publicly.

Any unauthorized recording, use, or distribution constitutes a material breach of this agreement and may result in immediate termination of services and legal action, where applicable.

Seeded may, at its discretion, provide written summaries or insights following a session. These materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the District of Columbia. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the District of Columbia.

Acknowledgment

I acknowledge that I have read this Waiver and Release of Liability in its entirety, fully understand its contents, and agree to its terms. I understand that by signing this document, I am voluntarily waiving any right I may have to bring a legal claim against Seeded for negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
